Club will be held on Saturday 2nd December 2023 at 12:00 hours in the clubhouse, when the attendance of members is
requested for the following purpose:

IMPORTANT NOTES:
If a member of the Club wishes to propose any other business for consideration at the AGM, it must
be delivered to the Club Secretary by 12:00 hours on Tuesday 14th November 2023. Rule 8.3 shall
apply. Amendments to resolutions may be submitted to the Secretary at least 8 clear days before the
AGM (Friday 24th November 2023). Rule 8.4 shall apply.
